Cotton Touch Jersey Knit - Athens

The base fabric is the Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas. The solid printed color is a vibrant cinnamon orange, with a CMYK of 15 54 90 4. This secondary color symbolizes energy, creativity, and passion. Technically, its pigmentation is achieved through high values of yellow and magenta inks, combined with a low value of black ink. This color combines especially well with brown and ochre tones, such as coffee and beige.

The base fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, providing a soft and elastic texture to the touch. The base fabric has a composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, which gives it a soft and flexible adaptability. Its weight of 239 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it an ideal fabric for a wide variety of garments. Furthermore, its solid printed color provides a vibrant and durable way to position our secondary color.

Applications and uses of the base fabric include lingerie and pajamas, knitwear fashion, dresses, tops, and cardigans for women and men. It is also suitable for living room and bedroom blankets, dining napkins, socks, scarves, and foulards. The base fabric is ideal for winter and autumn/winter garments due to its softness and warmth.

To care for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. It can be dry-cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a low temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.

This fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which works through ink transfer from printed paper. The polyester-based ink is heated and placed beneath the fabric to fix and penetrate the fibers, creating a vibrant and durable image on the fabrics surface.
