The base fabric is Jersey Knit with a Cotton Feel - Atenas. The solid color printed is Tiger Orange, with a CMYK composition of 4 49 99 0. This color stands out for its intensity and symbolizes energy, strength, passion, and vitality. It combines perfectly with brown, beige, green, and white tones to give a warmer and earthier touch to the printed garment. The fabric is digitally printed on one side, which means that the color is applied only to the surface of the fabric without penetrating the fiber.
The fabric has a soft and elastic texture, providing great comfort when worn. The predominant polyester composition gives it high wear resistance and good durability. The solid color printed on the fabric does not lose intensity or quality over time and adapts perfectly to the texture of the base fabric.
The fabric is versatile and has multiple applications. In addition to those mentioned such as Lingerie, Pajamas, Fashion, Knitwear, Dresses, etc., it can also be used in fashion accessories such as socks, scarves, and foulards. The fabric is suitable for the Winter and Autumn/Winter 2021 season.
Fabric care is important to maintain its quality and durability. The care label indicates that it should not be bleached and that the washing temperature should be a maximum of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed with the exception of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature and tumble drying is not allowed.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (Polyester). This technique uses sublimation ink which is printed on transfer paper and then adhered to the fabric with heat and pressure. When exceeding 200 degrees, the transfer paper evaporates and the ink penetrates the outermost layer of the fabric, guaranteeing high definition of the design printed on the garment. This process ensures a reproduction of vivid, high-quality colors that do not fade easily or wear out with washing and use.
