The base fabric is the Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, composed of 81% POLYESTER, 15% ACRYLIC, and 4% ELASTANE. The solid printed color is a combination of green and sand, with a CMYK of 35 0 68 0. This secondary color symbolizes nature and earth, with a printing technique that reproduces rich and precise tones. It combines perfectly with neutral tones, such as white or gray, and also with warm tones, such as orange or brown. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, resulting in a high-quality and sharp finish.
The base fabric is characterized by its softness and elasticity, making it a comfortable and easy-to-work-with fabric, as well as being ideal for knitted garments. The weight of 239 gr/m2 provides good density and body to the fabric, making it perfect for home textile products such as blankets or napkins. On the other hand, the combination of fibers in the base fabric guarantees great resistance and durability.
Among the most common applications and uses of this fabric, its use in the manufacture of jerseys, tops, dresses, and cardigans for women and men stands out. Due to its softness and morphology, it is also frequently used in the manufacture of underwear, such as lingerie or pajamas. For home textile products, its high density and weight make it perfect for creating blankets or napkins with body and texture.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important to avoid bleaching and wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. The fabric allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene and ironing at a cool temperature is recommended. On the other hand, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is SUBLIMATION (POLYESTER), a process by which ink is printed on special paper and transferred through heat and pressure to the fabric. This process guarantees vibrant and precise colors, as well as great resistance and durability to washing and use.
