The base fabric Jersey Knit with Cotton Feel - Atenas has a solid olive green color, with a CMYK of 49 33 67 17. The olive green color is associated with balance, harmony, and connection with nature. In technical terms, it is a warm, dark, and earthy tone that balances the vibrancy of green with brown. It combines very well with mustard, reddish, beige, and brown tones.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which translates into maximum sharpness and definition of the image. Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, its texture and soft and elastic feel stand out, thanks to its composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane. This type of fabric is perfect for making comfortable and versatile clothing for winter and autumn/winter, with a casual and relaxed style.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, lingerie, pajamas, sweaters, knitwear, dresses, cardigans, socks, scarves, blankets, napkins, among others, can be highlighted. Its versatility and soft feel make it a very popular fabric for making bedding and home clothing for bedrooms and living rooms.
Regarding the care that should be taken into account for this type of fabric, it is important not to bleach or tumble dry. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and iron at a low temperature. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows a durable fixation of the image on the fabric. Sublimated digital textile printing is an ecological technique, as it uses water-based inks and does not generate chemical waste. In addition, it is a technique that allows complex and detailed designs to be stamped with great precision and definition on any type of fabric.
