The base fabric is Jersey Knit with a Cotton Feel - Atenas in a pigment green shade, with a CMYK of 80 2 87 0. The secondary color is vibrant and fresh, evoking nature and vitality. It pairs perfectly with earth tones, beige, and dark browns, as well as grays and pure whites. The fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing and is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
This fabric features a soft and elastic texture, making it suitable for knitwear and comfortable accessories. The blend of polyester, acrylic, and elastane allows for greater flexibility and durability, extending the garments lifespan. Applications and uses for the base fabric include bedding, pajamas, sweaters, knitwear, dresses, fashion accessories such as socks, scarves, and home blankets. Additionally, its soft texture makes it suitable for childrens knitwear and blankets.
To maintain the fabrics quality, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoid bleaching, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. Dry cleaning is permissible, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. The process involves applying heat and pressure to transfer dry color from a special paper transfer medium to the fabric. Most colors can be printed with this technique, and the focus on quality and detail makes digital textile printing increasingly popular. This technique also allows for the stamping of complex and varied designs on different types of fabrics.
