The base fabric is the Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. The plain printed color is a Japanese Purple-Violet, which is achieved by using 66% cyan ink, 84% magenta ink, 35% yellow ink, and 32% black ink, resulting in a CMYK of 66 84 35 32.
The Japanese Purple-Violet color is a sophisticated shade that evokes sweetness and delicacy. Symbolizing passion and creativity, this hue represents the expression of individuality and personality. This color combines perfectly with a wide and varied range of colors, from black and white to pink, blue, and purple tones.
It is important to note that the fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side.
The general characteristics of the base fabric and its plain printed color are softness and a pleasant texture to the touch. The Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon is a knit fabric that adapts very well to the body, offering great comfort in use. For its part, the Japanese Purple-Violet color stands out for its vividness and depth of tone, adding a distinctive touch to garments made with this fabric.
The applications and uses of the base fabric are very versatile, being suitable mainly for knitwear, t-shirts, trousers, and dresses for both men and women, among others. This fabric is ideal for making winter garments, as it has a high thermal insulation capacity.
It is important to note that the fabric requires special care for cleaning and maintenance. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum of 30ºC, dry clean except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Finally, the printing technology for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which is carried out using special inks that turn into vapor at high temperatures, penetrating the fibers of the fabric. In this way, a durable and wash-resistant image is achieved that will not flake or crack over time.
