The base fabric used is the Elastic Punto Roma - Lyon, a knit fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed is Strong Orange Khaki Orange, with a CMYK of 5 43 77 0. This secondary color combines the energy of orange with the elegance of khaki and the strength of strong orange, making it a vibrant and versatile option. Additionally, the color combines especially well with neutral tones such as gray and black, as well as with earth tones such as brown.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric, but rather the ink is applied only to the surface of the fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric and the plain color, we can highlight its softness to the touch and its high elasticity, which makes it a very comfortable fabric for fashion garments, both for women and men. It also has excellent resistance and durability, which ensures that garments made with this fabric will remain in good condition for a long time.
As for applications and uses, in addition to being perfect for knit garments such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, and sweaters, it is also suitable for dining napkins. Thanks to its softness, elasticity, and resistance, it is a widely used fabric in winter fashion.
The care that should be taken for this fabric is no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except with trichloroethylene, cool iron, and no tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, in which the ink is applied by heat and pressure onto the polyester of the fabric, which ensures a durable color fixation on the surface of the fabric. In addition, this technology allows for high precision in the reproduction of details and colors, which guarantees a high-quality final result.
