The base fabric is the Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knitted fabric that combines 97% polyester and 3% elastane. It has a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color that has been printed is an aerospace-orange, with an ink composition of Cyan: 0, Magenta: 69, Yellow: 100 and Black: 0, with a CMYK of 0 69 100 0.
The aerospace-orange color is a vibrant and energetic color, which transmits a feeling of vitality and enthusiasm. It is a color that can be combined very well with other bright colors, such as yellow and red, and also with darker tones such as blue or black. As this is a printed fabric, it should be noted that the color is only present on one side of the fabric.
The base fabric has a soft texture, which allows garments made with it to be comfortable and pleasant to wear. In addition, its elasticity makes it ideal for tight-fitting garments that require movement. The printed plain color is resistant and durable, does not wear out easily and preserves its quality even after washing.
The Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon fabric is ideal for creating womens and mens garments, such as tops, t-shirts, trousers, dresses or jumpers. It can also be used in home textiles, such as dining napkins. Its use is especially recommended for the winter season.
Regarding the care that should be taken into account, it is important not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. It is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and not to use a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation with polyester. This process consists of printing the desired image on transfer paper with the appropriate ink and transferring the image to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows the impregnated colors to be more durable and resistant to washing and wear, which makes them ideal for high quality and durable garments.
