Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

The base fabric, Punto Roma Elastic - Lyon, consists of a knitted fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. With a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is suitable for fashion garments for both women and men. The plain color printed on this fabric is Outrageous Orange, composed of Cyan (1), Magenta (57), Yellow (71) and Black (0) inks, with a CMYK color profile of 1 57 71 0. This vibrant color suggests optimism and energy, while the secondary color, magenta, allows for a sense of balance and tranquility. This orange combines very well with blues such as sky and turquoise, and also harmonizes with grays and light browns.

It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The texture of the fabric is soft and provides a pleasant touch when worn. The base fabric is ideal for knitwear, tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, sweaters and home textiles such as napkins. In addition, it is ideal for the winter season due to its composition and weight.

For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and avoid dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. To iron it, it is preferable to do it at cold temperature and it should not be tumble dried.

The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which consists of the transfer of ink in a dry form onto the base fabric through the application of heat and pressure. This allows creating high quality and durable prints, with vibrant colors and great sharpness of details.
