Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

The base fabric is the Roma Elastic Knit - Lyon, a knitted fabric composed mainly of polyester and elastane for added elasticity and comfort. The CMYK of the plain printed color is 0 13 59 0, which indicates an intense yellow with a warm undertone. This yellow color resembles sunbeams and brings energy and vitality. Combined with dark colors like black or navy blue, it creates a bold and striking contrast. On the other hand, with softer tones like white or beige, the yellow looks softer and integrates appropriately.

The base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the fabric is not dyed directly, but rather the color is added with special inks through a digital printing process. The texture of the Roma Elastic Knit - Lyon is soft and its weight of 282 gr/m2 makes it suitable for winter garments.

Among the general characteristics of this base fabric, we find that the fabric is soft to the touch, so it can be worn directly on the skin without causing irritation, and its elasticity makes it perfect for fitted garments that are designed to follow the bodys movement. It is important to take into account the care that should be given to this base fabric. It is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed (except with trichloroethylene), do not tumble dry and iron at a cool temperature.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the special inks on transfer paper and pressing them onto the fabric using high temperatures so that they adhere and penetrate it. This process guarantees excellent print quality and durability.
