The base fabric is the Roma Elastic Point - Lyon, a knitted fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a light slate grey, created by a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks with a CMYK of 57-38-28-11. This secondary color resembles natural stone and is often combined with dark and natural tones.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture, making it comfortable to wear. The printed color is durable and resistant to washing, so it will retain its original appearance despite use.
The wide variety of applications and uses of the Roma Elastic Point - Lyon fabric include knitwear, tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, jerseys, napkins, and other textile items. Due to its composition, this fabric is perfect for making garments that require elasticity and wear resistance, such as leggings, sweatshirts, jackets, and much more.
It is important to consider the specific care instructions for this type of fabric. Firstly, it should not be bleached and its maintenance will require washes at a maximum of 30ºC, cold ironing, dry cleaning (excluding the use of trichloroethylene), and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a method that allows the printing of intense and vibrant colors on polyester fabrics through a thermal ink transfer process. This printing process ensures that the fabric maintains its original softness and elasticity, keeping the details and structures of the fabric intact.
