Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

The base fabric is the Roma Elastic Knit - Lyon, a knitted fabric with a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. Its weight is 282 gr/m2 and it has a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is a dark red with a cyan ink of 27, magenta ink of 100, yellow ink of 100, and black ink of 34, reflecting a CMYK of 27 100 100 34.

The dark red color is an intense and powerful color that can be used in different contexts. Symbolically, red evokes strength, passion, and energy. In combination with cyan, magenta, yellow, and black, this secondary color can create harmonies with orange, pink, or purple tones, creating a sense of warmth and emotion in the garment.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only, so special care must be taken in tempering and washing to maintain its intensity and durability. The texture of the base fabric is soft to the touch, which makes it pleasant to wear and very adaptable to everyday garments. Likewise, this characteristic makes it ideal for the manufacture of pants, dresses, and sweaters.

In addition to what has been mentioned, the Roma Elastic Knit - Lyon adapts perfectly to the manufacture of tops, t-shirts, and home napkins, expanding its range of applications and uses. It is important to note that this fabric is designed for use in the winter season.

Regarding the pertinent care for this fabric, it is recommended to avoid bleaching and limit its washing temperature to a maximum of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, but always avoiding the use of trichloroethylene. Iron at a cool temperature and do not tumble dry.

Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is polyester sublimation. In this process, the pigments of the plain color are transferred to the base fabric by heat and pressure, which guarantees a high quality of definition, contrast, and detail in the print.
