The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% POLYESTER and 5% ELASTANE, with a grammage of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid printed color is a striking Fandango Pink, whose CMYK color code is 8 80 19 0, being composed mainly of magenta tones and a touch of yellow. It is a vibrant and daring color that combines very well with more neutral tones like white or black, and also with pink tones, resulting in an elegant and sophisticated combination.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the image is printed directly onto the transfer paper sheet and then placed on the fabric, transferring the image through heat and pressure.
The base fabric is characterized by its softness and elasticity, making it ideal for fitted garments. In addition, it has an opaque feel and a soft texture that make it a very comfortable fabric to wear. Regarding the printed color, its vividness and luminosity are due to its high saturation, which makes it a perfect color for eye-catching garments and for standing out on any occasion.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are lingerie, including briefs, bodysuits, and bras/bralettes, as well as knitwear and tops in womens/mens fashion and accessories such as scrunchies and ponytails. It is also used in the manufacture of sportswear for women/men/children, both tops and outerwear.
It is important to note that this fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not bleached, and ironed at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric. It allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene and cannot be tumble dried for proper maintenance.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation. This digital textile printing process is based on the transfer of the design from the transfer paper sheet to the fabric through heat and pressure, resulting in a crisp and colorful outcome. The final result is a fabric that combines excellent quality and aesthetics thanks to sublimation technology and its composition of polyester and elastane.
