The base fabric for this material is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid color printed is Madder Rose, obtained through the sublimation technique. This color has a predominance of magenta ink with a small percentage of cyan and yellow, making it an intense and vibrant reddish tone.
Symbolically, Madder Rose is associated with passion and love, referring to a deep feeling of happiness and enthusiasm. Technically, the magenta ink used for this color is composed of red and blue pigments, which gives it a warmer appearance. This color pairs particularly well with pastel or soft colors, golds, and beige tones.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it offers a photographic effect and high print quality. Furthermore, it is important to point out that printing is not a dyeing process; rather, the color is applied superficially to the fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it has a soft and elastic texture, making it comfortable to wear and adaptable to different body shapes and sizes. Additionally, it presents visual opacity, giving it an elegant and polished appearance. On the other hand, the solid printed color shows high durability and resistance to fading.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, intimate apparel such as lingerie, in various garments like bras, panties, or bodysuits, as well as tops and knitwear for both men and women, stand out. It is also used in the manufacture of accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties, as well as in sportswear for both children and adults.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important to avoid bleaching and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. Dry cleaning is also recommended, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene, and ironing at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric. It should not be tumble dried to prevent deformation.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is based on the transfer of a borderless image with high resolution and great sharpness at high temperatures, causing the colors to penetrate deeply into the pores of the fabric, ensuring high quality and durability. In summary, the Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support base fabric printed with the solid Madder Rose color is ideal for intimate apparel, tops, and sportswear, and exhibits great resistance and durability thanks to the sublimation technique used in its production.
