The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, with a composition of 95% Polyester and 5% Elastane. Its weight is 237 gr/m2 and its width is 152 cm. The solid printed color is Walnut Brown, with a CMYK of 43 58 73 56, which gives it an opaque, soft and elastic visual appearance. This secondary color combines very well with earthy and neutral colors such as beige, black and white.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not dyed, but rather the color is applied using a one-sided printing technology.
Both the base fabric and the solid color have very interesting characteristics. The fabric has a soft and elastic feel, which makes it perfect for lingerie, tops, knitwear and even accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties. For its part, the Walnut Brown color is a warm, elegant and sophisticated tone that can give a touch of distinction to any garment. Its opacity and softness make it a very versatile option.
It is essential to take into account the special care that the fabric needs. It should not be bleached, and it is necessary to wash it at maximum temperatures of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at cold temperatures on the reverse side of the fabric and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is polyester sublimation. In this process, the color is digitally printed on transfer paper, which is placed on the fabric and heat and pressure are applied. The ink turns into gas and penetrates the fiber of the fabric, which guarantees high resolution in printing and high quality in the final finish.
