The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, in a solid Earth Brown color, composed of a blend of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The CMYK of the solid color is 31 47 64 25, with cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks used in appropriate proportions to create the exact shade.
This Earth Brown tone is described as a warm and natural color that symbolizes stability and firmness, in addition to evoking earth and nature. The color pairs perfectly with neutral tones such as beige and cream, as well as with darker tones like black and olive green.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is a printed fabric, not dyed. Both the base fabric and the solid color have specific characteristics. The texture is soft and elastic to the touch, and the fabric is visually opaque.
Among the outstanding applications and uses of this fabric are lingerie items such as briefs, bras, and bodysuits, as well as tops and knitwear for men and women in the fashion world. It is used in accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties and also in sportswear for all ages.
Care specifications for this fabric include avoiding the use of bleach and ironing the garment inside out at a cool temperature. The fabric allows for dry cleaning but cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows for precise and detailed printing of this solid color and other patterns. In this process, the ink turns into a gas when heated, allowing it to penetrate the polyester fibers at a molecular level, ensuring a durable image with vibrant color.
