The base fabric, Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, is a soft and elastic knit fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is an Antique Mauve Purple with a CMYK of 47 81 41 45, which stands out for its opacity and soft texture. This secondary color combines perfectly with light and pastel tones such as pink, beige, and white, generating a relaxing and harmonious effect on the garment.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed on one side, which guarantees high quality and durability of the printed color. The texture and soft feel of the fabric remain intact after the printing process, making it ideal for manufacturing high-quality and durable garments.
In addition to its softness and elasticity, the base fabric has a wide range of applications and uses, being widely used to manufacture lingerie, bodysuits, bras, tops, knitwear, sports accessories, among others. This is largely due to its versatility and comfort in daily use.
To maintain the quality and iconic appearance of this fabric, it is important to follow certain care instructions. This fabric should not be bleached or washed at a temperature above 30ºC, it is advisable not to dry clean with trichloroethylene, iron at a low temperature on the reverse side of the fabric, and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows the printed color to integrate perfectly into the fibers of the fabric, offering high print quality and durability. This process involves transferring the printed design to the fabric through special paper that is subjected to high temperatures and pressures in the printing machine.
