The base fabric, Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, is a knit fabric composed mainly of polyester and elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid printed color is an oxygenated blonde yellow, obtained by sublimation technology with a combination of Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow inks. The final result is an opaque, soft, and elastic color that perfectly combines with blue, green, and orange tones.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side, using digital textile printing techniques. It is important to note that this is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, which means that the back of the fabric is not dyed at all.
The base fabric has some general characteristics, such as a soft touch, an opaque texture, and great elasticity. Likewise, the solid printed color is opaque, soft, and elastic, which gives it great versatility in terms of its use in different garments and accessories.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, the manufacture of lingerie (panties, bodysuits, bras), knitwear, tops, accessories, sportswear, and others, such as scrunchies or hair ties, stand out. This fabric adapts perfectly to any season, so it can be used at any time of the year.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene, ironed at a cool temperature on the reverse of the fabric, and not tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the design directly onto the base fabric using heat and pressure, which allows for a high-quality and durable result.
