Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support

The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, with a composition of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. The solid printed color is a vermillion red with a CMYK of 0 91 100 0. This color has an intense and vibrant hue due to its high magenta and yellow content, which gives it a strong and attractive character. Also, this color combines especially well with neutral tones such as white, black, or grey.

The fabric is single-sided printed by digital textile printing, which guarantees high quality in color reproduction and a uniform finish. The base fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it ideal for garments that require a high degree of comfort and adaptability to the body. Due to its visual opacity, it is perfect for garments that require a certain privacy or intimacy.

Applications and uses of the base fabric include lingerie (panties, bodysuits, bras/bralettes), womens and mens fashion (tops and knitwear), accessories (scrunchies and hair ties), sports (tops for women/men/children), and other applications. Each of these uses requires a certain degree of elasticity, resistance, and softness, qualities that this fabric successfully offers.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is possible with the exception of trichloroethylene, iron the fabric inside out at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.

As for printing technology, a sublimation technique on polyester is used. This technique is based on the transfer of ink at high temperatures and pressures onto the fabric, achieving a strong fixation of colors and high sharpness in details. The result is a print resistant to washing and direct sunlight.
