The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 152 cm. It has a soft and elastic feel, is visually opaque, and perfectly combines with white, black, and grey, among other colors. The printed solid color is an intense and bright red, with a Cyan ink proportion of 27%, a Magenta of 97%, a Yellow of 34%, and a Black of 20%, resulting in a CMYK of 27 97 34 20. This secondary color combines well with dark blue, light pink, and brown. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only by digital textile printing, which does not affect the quality of the fabric.
The base fabric is soft, opaque, and has elasticity, making it ideal for fitted garments and sportswear. This fabric can be used for intimate apparel, bras, tops, and accessories such as hair ties or scrunchies. The printed solid color adheres perfectly to the base fabric, creating a vibrant and intense finish with excellent durability. In addition to carmine red, this fabric is also available in other colors.
Certain care instructions must be followed to maintain the quality of the fabric, which include: do not bleach, wash with cold water at 30°C, do not use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning, iron on the reverse side at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. Following these recommendations ensures greater durability and quality of the fabric.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which ensures perfect printing across the entire surface of the fabric. Specialized ink is used that turns into gas when heated, penetrating the fabric and creating a durable and high-quality print. This technique guarantees high definition and resolution in printing, with a wide range of colors available.
