The base fabric of the product is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, with a composition of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, a weight of 237 gr/m2, and a width of 152 cm. The solid color printed is Olive Green, with a CMYK of 66 50 73 55. This tone is sober and elegant, bringing personality and style to any garment made with this type of fabric. It combines especially well with neutral tones such as black, gray, or white, but also with more vibrant colors such as orange or red.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is a high-quality, durable printing process that allows for a very sharp and detailed result. The image or design is printed on the surface of the fabric, so it should be noted that this side of the fabric is the only one that has color.
The base fabric has general characteristics of softness, elasticity, and opacity, making it ideal for manufacturing lingerie, bras, and bralettes, womens and mens fashion such as tops and knitwear, accessories, and sportswear for women, men, and children. Each specific application or use of the fabric requires specific characteristics to ensure adequate durability and comfort, so it is necessary to know the particular needs of each design. For example, for sports garments, the fabric must facilitate breathability and allow a wide range of movements, while in lingerie, the fabric must adapt to the body and offer a soft feel to the touch.
The care instructions for this type of fabric are to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not bleach it, do not tumble dry it, iron at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric, and it can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene. It is important to pay special attention to the water temperature and the type of detergent used to avoid damaging or wearing out the fabric.
The printing technology for this type of fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high image definition, great durability, and resistance to washing and regular use of garments. It is a technique that involves transferring ink directly from paper to fabric using heat and pressure, achieving a fixed print integrated into the base fabric.
