This base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed mainly of polyester and elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and available in a width of 152 cm. The color printed on this fabric is a vibrant leaf green with a CMYK of 85 19 94 5, which means it is mainly composed of cyan and yellow with a touch of magenta and a low percentage of black.
Leaf green is a color full of vitality and freshness, associated with nature and growth. This particular shade also conveys energy and youth, making it ideal for sportswear and youth apparel. In addition, it combines well with neutral tones such as white, gray and black, and with other primary colors such as red and blue.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can say that it has a soft and elastic texture that makes it comfortable and adaptable to the body. In addition, its visual opacity makes it ideal for garments that do not require transparency. Regarding the printed color, we can highlight its high saturation and brightness, which makes it an eye-catching and attractive color.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are lingerie (especially panties, bodysuits and bras), knitwear, tops, accessories, sportswear (for women, men and children), hair ties and scrunchies. Thanks to its elasticity and comfort, it is especially recommended for daily wear and sportswear.
It is important to note that this fabric requires certain specific care, such as not bleaching it, washing it at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, avoiding trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, ironing it at cool temperatures on the reverse side of the fabric and not tumble drying.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology (polyester), which consists of printing the ink on paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows high resolution and color fidelity, and is especially suitable for synthetic fabrics such as Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support.
