Description

The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. It comes in a plain color printed in frog green with a Cyan (84), Magenta (18), Yellow (100), and Black (5) CMYK (84 18 100 5) ink combination. This color is characterized by being vibrant and refreshing, evoking nature and growth. It combines especially well with blue, ochre, and dark green tones, creating tonal and chromatic harmony. It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which differentiates it from a dyed fabric.

The fabric has general characteristics that make it highly adaptable to different uses and applications. Due to its polyester and elastane composition, it has a soft and elastic texture, as well as very good visual opacity. The fabric can be used for a wide variety of purposes, from lingerie to sportswear, fashion accessories, and scrunchies. Its use is especially recommended for manufacturing bras, bralettes, tops, and knitwear, as well as sportswear for women, men, and children. Furthermore, due to its composition, it is an abrasion-resistant fabric that is easy to wash and dry.

It is important to consider the care instructions for this base fabric, avoiding bleach and temperatures above 30°C. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric, and tumble drying is not allowed. Although dry cleaning is permitted, it is recommended not to use trichloroethylene.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, a process that involves applying pigment-based ink to transfer paper and subsequently transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This printing technique is especially used on polyester fabrics, allowing for the creation of vivid and vibrant designs quickly and economically.
