The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid color printed is Cadet Blue, with a CMYK of 65 21 37 4, which is described as a muted yet elegant shade, combining well with neutral tones such as gray and black, as well as with more striking tones such as mint green and mustard yellow.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness to the touch and its elasticity, which makes it ideal for fitted and sportswear garments. On the other hand, the solid printed color is opaque and offers good reproduction of fine details.
Among its applications and uses, lingerie stands out, including bras, panties, and bodysuits, as well as sportswear for women, men, and children, tops, and knitwear. It can also be used for making accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties.
It is important to consider the following care instructions for this fabric: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric, and tumble drying is not permitted.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing the ink on sublimation paper and transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure, achieving high quality in color reproduction and details.
