The base fabric is Amsterdam Satin, a satin/satin with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 120 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm. The solid printed color is a deep red wine, whose CMYK is 12-100-73-3. The color stands out for its great depth and elegance, providing a sober yet sophisticated touch to garments made with this fabric. This color combines perfectly with soft tones such as beige or white, but also with other more intense tones such as black or dark purple.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it great precision and detail. This printing technology allows any design to be accurately captured on the fabric surface without it wearing out over time or with washing.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its brilliant appearance and its smooth, thin feel, which makes it ideal for fashion garments such as shirts, blouses, kimonos, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, tops, scarves or lingerie dresses. In addition, it is perfect for making pajamas and the best bridal outfits.
Regarding fabric care, it is important not to bleach or wash it at more than 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except for trichloroethylene. When ironing, it is recommended to do so at a warm temperature and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
As for printing technology, sublimation is performed by applying heat and pressure, which causes the ink pigments to sublimate and impregnate the fabric surface. In this way, the image is printed on the fabric permanently and resistant to washing and prolonged use.
