The base fabric of the weave is Raso - Amsterdam, a satin composed of 100% polyester, weighing 120 gr/m2 and with a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a flesh pink, with a CMYK of 0 18 21 0. This secondary color is soft, evocative and subtle, being a combination between pink and beige. Being a pale tone, it is easy to combine with other colors, being perfect to add a touch of warmth and sweetness to any design.
The base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but digitally printed. This allows for greater precision in image and color reproduction, and a more durable finish. In terms of characteristics, the base fabric has a shiny visual texture, a smooth and delicate feel, and is quite thin. These characteristics make it ideal for use in fashion, both for garments and accessories, and also for lingerie. In addition, its grammage and composition make it an easy fabric to work with and handle.
The applications and uses of this fabric are multiple. On the one hand, it is perfect for creating shirts, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, pants, tops and scarves in womens and mens fashion. It can also be used for making kimonos, pajamas and lingerie dresses, including bridal ones. The flesh pink color, for its part, is ideal for everyday wear or for those more formal and elegant occasions.
It is important to consider the care of the fabric, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a warm temperature and tumble drying at a reduced temperature. These precautions can ensure greater durability and quality of the fabric.
Finally, it should be noted that this fabric is manufactured using digital textile printing technology known as polyester sublimation. This process consists of printing the design on a transfer paper which is transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure, thus achieving color fixation in the polyester fiber. In this way, a high quality and durable finish is obtained.
