The base fabric, Amsterdam Satin, is a 120 gr/m2 polyester with a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is China Rose, with a CYMK ink composition of 9 69 6 0, producing a soft yet vibrant hue. This secondary color perfectly complements other pastel shades such as mint green and rosewood yellow.
It is worth noting that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to emphasize that it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side, which provides a soft and vibrant finish.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its shiny texture and smooth, thin feel. As for the solid color, its tone is designed to be soft and visually appealing. It is important to highlight that the base fabric and the solid color are compatible for a multitude of applications and uses.
In particular, the fabric is ideal for creating fashion garments, for both men and women, including shirts, blouses, skirts, trousers, jumpsuits, and tops, as well as lingerie, pajamas, and dresses. Additionally, it can be used in the production of accessories such as scarves, and for special occasions like bridal wear. Also for kimonos and transitional season fashion.
It is important to consider the necessary care for this fabric, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and not using bleach. Dry cleaning is permitted, but not with trichloroethylene. It needs to be ironed at a warm temperature and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This means that the ink evaporates and adheres permanently to the fabric, creating a soft and vibrant finish that does not fade easily.
