The Raso - Amsterdam base fabric is a satin/raso with a composition of 100% polyester, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, which can be used in various applications, such as shirts, blouses, kimonos, skirts, pants, tops, and accessories such as scarves and jumpsuits. Its plain color printed in antique pink, with a CMYK of 17-63-43-5, is a soft and elegant color. It combines perfectly with colors such as beige, white, burgundy, and gray, making it perfect for creating vibrant outfits without overloading the garments. The fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
As for its characteristics, the base fabric has a shiny and smooth texture to the touch, which provides it with a high-quality and sophisticated style. In addition, it is thin, which makes it ideal for making comfortable and fresh garments. As for its color, it is totally uniform over the entire surface of the fabric, without presenting stains or imperfections.
As for applications and uses, the base fabric adapts perfectly to all garments that require drape and elegance, such as blouses, shirts, wedding dresses, and pajamas. Similarly, its soft texture and shine are also suitable for creating accessories, such as scarves and handkerchiefs.
As for care, it is recommended to wash the fabric in warm water at a maximum temperature of 40 °C and not to use bleach. In addition, it can be tumble dried at reduced temperature and ironed at warm temperature. On the other hand, the fabric allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used for the Raso - Amsterdam base fabric is polyester sublimation, so the printing is done directly on the surface of the fabric. This printing technique is highly specialized and guarantees the fixation of the color in the fabric, which ensures greater durability and resistance to washing.
