The base fabric is Raso - Amsterdam, a satin made of 100% polyester with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its plain printed color is a walnut brown with a CMYK of 36 47 53 31, which combines perfectly with earthy and natural colors, as well as with tones ranging from olive green to smoke gray.
The walnut brown color is a dark and warm tone that transmits sophistication and elegance. Its shine is subtle and its touch is smooth and pleasant. Regarding the general characteristics, the base fabric is bright and soft to the touch, with a thin texture that makes it ideal for elegant and light garments. The printed color, for its part, is resistant to wear and fading, thanks to digital textile printing technology.
Among the applications and intended uses for this fabric are shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, tops, jumpsuits and accessories such as scarves. In addition, it can be used in lingerie garments such as pajamas, dresses and, in particular, bridal wear. Thanks to its shine and softness, it is also perfect for kimonos and other elegant accessories.
It is important to note that the base fabric should be washed at maximum temperatures of 40°C, avoiding the use of bleach and washing with products containing trichloroethylene. It can be tumble dried at reduced temperature and ironed at a warm temperature.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows designs to be precisely printed on the fabric, achieving high definition and a durable finish. This process consists of transferring the ink from a transfer paper to the fabric through heat and pressure, which guarantees uniform and high-resolution print quality.
