This fabric is called Raso - Ámsterdam and features a solid color printed in Brown and Army Green with the following CMYK: 53 43 59 34. Brown symbolizes earth, stability, and security, while Army Green represents strength, determination, and resilience. This color pairs perfectly with neutral tones, such as grey or beige, but also with warmer colors like orange or gold.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is a double-sided fabric with only one printed side. The base fabric is a satin/raso composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 120 gr/m2. It has a shiny, smooth texture to the touch, making it a very soft and elegantly draping fabric.
The general characteristics of the base fabric and the solid color are very interesting. The fabric stands out for its softness and visual sheen. Furthermore, the printed solid color makes the fabric resistant to fading and wrinkles, which facilitates its maintenance in its original state for a longer time. The Brown and Army Green color give the fabric a sophisticated and elegant touch that will make any garment or accessory made with it stand out.
The base fabric stands out for its versatility and can be used in multiple applications, such as in the creation of shirts, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, tops, pajamas, dresses, kimonos, and in accessories like scarves. Additionally, as an extra detail, for the autumn/winter 2021 season, it is an excellent option for both mens and womens fashion.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It also allows for dry cleaning, without trichloroethylene, and ironing at a warm temperature. Likewise, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of applying heat and pressure so that the ink transitions from a solid to a gaseous state, thus impregnating the fabric with the printed solid color. This technology provides high print quality and long-lasting color, which is ideal for the production of high-quality fabrics.
