Description

The base fabric of this garment is Raso - Amsterdam, a 100% polyester satin/raso with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a vibrant eggplant purple, identified by its CMYK: 56 71 42 41. This intense color presents a perfect blend of inks that unify to create a warm and bright hue. Eggplant color pairs very well with different pastel tones, blues, greens, and grays.

This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is integrated into the materials surface without penetrating the fabric fibers. As a result, it exhibits high image quality, resistance, and durability.

The characteristics of the base fabric are distinguished by its shiny visual texture and smooth, delicate feel, providing a soft and satiny sensation. On the other hand, the solid printed color is characterized by its intensity and uniform tone, as well as its high resistance to wear.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, we find a wide capacity for general fashion garment manufacturing, especially for creating blouses, skirts, shirts, trousers, tops, jumpsuits, and kimonos. Additionally, this fabric is perfect for making lingerie such as pajamas, dresses, and bridal wear, as well as for creating various accessories like scarves and similar items.

Regarding care, bleaching the fabric should be avoided. It is important to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and dry cleaning is recommended except for cases with trichloroethylene. Similarly, ironing at a warm temperature and tumble drying at a low temperature are recommended.

Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a digital printing process by which ink pigments are applied to the fabric in gas form so that they become part of the material without affecting its quality or softness. This allows for the production of a large number of vivid and detailed colors while achieving high-quality printing.
