The base fabric of the product is 100% polyester satin, known as Raso - Amsterdam, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is an attractive Chinese Purple-Violet, which is produced with a combination of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks in the CMYK pattern 54 66 24 7. This secondary color symbolizes elegance, creativity, and sophistication; it also combines particularly well with gold, beige, and gray tones.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, resulting in a uniform and crisp appearance on the printed surface. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its bright visual texture, smooth feel, and thinness, making it highly recommended for both womens and mens fashion, especially for shirts, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, pajamas, pants, tops, and scarves. It is also an excellent choice for womens and bridal lingerie.
To ensure greater durability of the fabric, the following care instructions are recommended: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, dry clean allowed except trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology, which is based on the transfer of ink through heat and pressure. This method provides high quality in printing, as the inks merge with the fabric fibers, creating vivid and detailed colors. Furthermore, this technology allows for the production of customized and low-volume fabrics much more efficiently and sustainably in terms of water and energy consumption.
