The base fabric for the weave is Satin - Amsterdam, a satin with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 120 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is dune orange, with a combination of cyan ink 28, magenta ink 38, yellow ink 93, and black ink 18, represented in CMYK as 28 38 93 18. This secondary color is described as a fusion between an orange tone and a sand color, creating a warm and soft combination. It pairs perfectly with neutral tones such as white, black, and gray, in addition to shades like yellow and chocolate brown.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning the ink is printed directly onto the surface of the satin, offering a crisp and vibrant result. The texture of the fabric is visually shiny, with a smooth and delicate feel.
The base fabric has general characteristics such as the thinness and softness of satin, making it ideal for fashion garments and accessories in bright tones. Applications and uses of the fabric include making shirts, blouses, skirts, trousers, tops, dresses, pajamas, kimonos, jumpsuits, scarves, and bridal lingerie.
It is important to consider the necessary care to maintain the quality of the fabric, such as machine washing with cold water, using mild detergents, and not mixing with intensely colored garments. Additionally, bleach should be avoided, and drying should be done at a low temperature to prevent damage to the texture and color of the satin.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which involves printing the ink onto special paper and transferring it by heat directly onto the surface of the satin. This process ensures printing quality and color durability in the printed fabric.
