The Raso - Amsterdam satin/satin fabric has a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 120 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Sienna orange, with a CMYK of 27 70 84 22. This color is characterized by being warm, earthy, and vibrant, evoking the strength of nature and the depth of autumn. It combines particularly well with brown, green, and gold tones.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed directly onto the fabric. The texture is visually shiny and tactually smooth, with a thin thickness.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, in addition to being shiny and smooth to the touch, it is resistant and durable. Among the most common applications and uses are womens and mens fashion, such as shirts, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, and tops. It is also suitable for lingerie, pajamas, dresses, and scarves, as well as for bridal wear. With its weight of 120 gr/m2, it is a perfect fabric for making lightweight and soft clothing that is comfortable against the skin.
It is important to highlight the care that should be taken with this fabric. Bleaching the fabric is not recommended, and the maximum washing temperature is 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at a warm temperature. In addition, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process consists of printing with special inks on transfer paper, which is then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, penetrating the fibers of the fabric. Thanks to this technique, a high-quality and durable print is achieved, resistant to fading and washing.
