The base fabric is a 100% polyester satin/raso, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, and its name is Raso - Ámsterdam. The solid printed color of this fabric is Cadmium Yellow, with a CMYK of 8 0 88 0, which means it is mainly composed of yellow and black. This color represents energy, joy, and vitality, and combines perfectly with colors such as white, black, gray, and brown.
This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the image or design is printed only on the front of the fabric and not on the back. The general characteristics of this fabric are its shiny and smooth texture, and it has a thin and soft feel. These characteristics make it a suitable fabric for making garments such as shirts, blouses, skirts, tops, pants, and accessories such as scarves.
In addition, this fabric is also used in the making of lingerie, such as pajamas, dresses, and bridal wear, as its texture and sheen give it an elegant and sophisticated look. It is a timeless fabric, so it can be used at any time of the year, and for the autumn/winter 2021 season, it is an ideal option.
It is important to note that to maintain the quality of this fabric, certain care instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing it at a warm temperature, and not using trichloroethylene. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring a preloaded image from special paper to the surface of the fabric using heat and pressure. This guarantees high print quality and color fidelity, in addition to being an environmentally friendly technique as it does not generate liquid or polluting waste.
