The base fabric, Raso Amsterdam, is a 120 gr/m2 polyester satin with a width of 150 cm, a glossy finish, and a smooth and delicate feel. The solid color printed is Light Yellow, with an ink composition of 2% Cyan, 0% Magenta, 17% Yellow, and 0% Black in the CMYK printing model. This vibrant, cheerful, and luminous color is associated with energy and happiness, and is highly versatile for combining with other colors, such as navy blue, grey, green, and other shades of yellow. It is important to note that this fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which means that the solid color is only on one side of the fabric and does not fully penetrate the fibers.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric and its solid color, its quality and resistance, as well as its brilliant texture and soft feel, are noteworthy. The fabric is ideal for making elegant and sophisticated clothing, such as skirts, blouses, and trousers, in addition to being perfect for manufacturing accessories and lingerie. Digital printing allows for a wide variety of designs and vibrant colors, which makes the fabric even more attractive for use in fashion and accessories.
As for the care that should be taken to preserve the quality of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it only at temperatures up to 40ºC, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene. Dry cleaning is possible, and ironing at warm temperatures is allowed, although prolonged exposure to the sun should be avoided, and tumble drying at high temperatures is not recommended.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, a technique for transferring ink in a gaseous state through heat and pressure, which allows for high definition of images and colors, as well as rapid production and lower consumption of water and energy compared to other printing processes.
