The base fabric used for this textile is satin/raso Raso - Amsterdam, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 120 gr/m2. The plain color printed on this fabric is a white smoke grey, with a CMYK content of 5 4 4 0, predominantly cyan, magenta, and yellow. This color can be combined with blue, purple, or greenish tones. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing.
The characteristics of the base fabric are its shiny appearance and smooth, thin feel. It is also a versatile fabric with multiple applications, such as womens and mens fashion, including tops and bottoms, accessories, and lingerie. Additionally, it is a timeless fabric suitable for the autumn/winter 2021 season.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature and is suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. It is advisable to iron it at a warm temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, applied only to polyester fabrics. This printing technique involves applying heat and pressure to a solid ink, which causes the release of gases that adhere to the fibers of the fabric, thus creating the printed image. Thanks to this technology, high definition and color fidelity are achieved.
