El Raso - Ámsterdam is a satin/satin fabric made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric has a natural sand white hue, achieved by combining cyan, magenta, and yellow inks in a CMYK 10 10 27 0. This secondary color evokes the warmth and softness of sand and pairs especially well with brown, gold, and pastel shades.
It should be noted that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. In terms of general characteristics, this fabric has a shiny visual texture, a smooth and thin feel, making it ideal for light and comfortable garments.
Among the attributes of the base fabric is its versatility for many fashion and lingerie applications, such as shirts, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, pajamas, dresses, pants, or tops for women or men, as well as kimonos, scarves, and personalized accessories. Its season is timeless, but it is also perfect for the autumn/winter 2021 season due to its softness and shine.
Regarding its care, it is recommended not to use bleaching products and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, it can be ironed at a warm temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature is permitted.
Finally, the printing technology for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves transferring the ink to the fabric through a process of heat and pressure. This method ensures a high-quality result and long-lasting resistance of the printed color on the fabric.
