Description

The base fabric, Satin/Satin Amsterdam, boasts a 100% POLYESTER composition with a weight of 120 gr/m2. It has a width of 150 cm and features a plain printed color in Snow White with a CMYK of 0 3 1 0. This secondary color is a cool and bright hue that symbolizes balance and tranquility. It pairs well with more sober tones like gray and black, as well as pastel colors such as dusty pink and sky blue. Its important to note that the fabric is digitally printed on one side only and is not dyed.

The general characteristics of the base fabric include a shiny and smooth texture to the touch, being thin and soft at the same time. Regarding the plain printed color, a clear and uniform shade can be appreciated, presenting a pleasant visual quality. The fabric is suitable for a wide range of applications and uses such as making blouses, shirts, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, tops, kimonos, lingerie, and accessory pieces like scarves. Furthermore, it is ideal for crafting wedding dresses and pajamas.

As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended to avoid bleaching and not exceed 40ºC in the washing machine. Dry cleaning is possible, excluding trichloroethylene. For ironing, a warm temperature is advised, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature.

This fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology (polyester). This type of technology allows the printed image to be transferred to a special paper, which is then transferred to the fabric using heat. The image adheres to the fabrics surface through a sublimation process that transforms the ink into gas, ensuring a high-quality and durable image.
