The base fabric, Raso Ámsterdam, is a 100% polyester satin/sateen, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is apricot orange, with an ink combination of 2 in cyan, 18 in magenta, 31 in yellow, and 0 in black, reflecting a CMYK of 2-18-31-0. Orange is a warm and energizing color that evokes creativity, enthusiasm, and happiness. When combined with its complementary blue, an interesting and harmonious contrast is achieved.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, ensuring durability and vividness of the color. The fabrics smooth and thin feel, visual sheen, and soft texture make it ideal for fashion projects such as shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, jumpsuits, dresses, kimonos, tops, scarves, pajamas, and bridal lingerie.
Raso Ámsterdam base fabric is resistant to washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, is designed to be ironed at a warm temperature, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used is polyester sublimation, which allows for the permanent fixation of color on the fabric surface without affecting its characteristic softness and sheen. It is used on synthetic fiber fabrics and blends of synthetic fabrics and is ideal for producing small quantities of printed fabrics, as it prints directly from the computer to the fabric through a thermal transfer process.
In conclusion, the Raso Ámsterdam base fabric is a high-quality polyester satin/sateen, with a solid printed apricot orange color that combines cyan, magenta, and yellow inks, fixed using polyester sublimation technology, resulting in a durable fabric with a soft and pleasant texture that offers multiple applications in fashion, as well as in bridal lingerie.
