The base fabric of Satin - Amsterdam is Satin/Sateen with a composition of 100% POLYESTER and a weight of 120 gr/m2. The fabric width is 150 cm and it has simple care instructions: do not bleach, wash at max. 40°C, dry cleaning allowed (except trichloroethylene), iron at warm temperature, and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature. The fabric is ideal for womens/mens fashion, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, tops, pajamas, dresses, kimonos, accessories, and scarves.
The color of the printed fabric is Devil Red and its CMYK coding is 28 100 94 36. The color is intense and vibrant, with a touch of drama and passion. This color combines perfectly with neutral tones such as black, gray, and beige, and opposite tones such as green and blue.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing and is not a dyed fabric. The texture of the fabric is shiny to the eye and soft to the touch. Its thinness and smooth appearance make it ideal for high-quality designs.
Among the applications and uses for the fabric, womens/mens fashion and lingerie stand out, especially pajamas and wedding dresses. Its visual and tactile texture makes it ideal for designs that require a touch of elegance and sophistication.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is important to follow the care instructions. The fabric should not be bleached, should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, and it can be ironed at a warm temperature. Additionally, it is recommended to tumble dry the fabric at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process consists of transferring ink from printed transfer paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, which guarantees precise and high-quality printing.
