The Raso - Ámsterdam base fabric is a Satin/Raso with a composition of 100% POLYESTER, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color has a CMYK of 2 98 10 0, which translates into an intense red color with certain purple nuances. It can be highlighted that red is a color that transmits passion, strength, and vitality. Purple, on the other hand, is a color associated with creativity, sophistication, and luxury. The printed color combines especially well with blacks, grays, whites, and golden tones, which gives it an elegant and modern touch. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it a longer lifespan.
Regarding the characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight its bright and smooth visual and tactile texture, in addition to being thin. On the other hand, the solid printed color has a uniform and soft tone to the touch. As for applications and uses, it can be used for making shirts, blouses, kimonos, accessories, jumpsuits, skirts, pajamas, dresses, pants, tops, scarves, and wedding dresses. This is because it is a lightweight, soft fabric with a shiny finish that makes it ideal for this type of garment.
The care that should be taken into account for this fabric are the following: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature. In this way, greater durability of the fabric is guaranteed, and its appearance and finish are preserved.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). Sublimation is a printing process that uses special inks that adhere to the fabric through heat and pressure. This creates a permanent image that does not peel or fade with washing or use. It is a widely used technique in textile printing, as a high-quality and durable finish is obtained.
