The base fabric for this textile is Raso - Amsterdam, a 100% polyester satin with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is Deep Sea Green, with an ink content of Cyan: 74, Magenta: 0, Yellow: 52, Black: 0 and a CMYK of 74 0 52 0. This color symbolizes the depth of the sea in its tonality, carrying with it a meaning of tranquility and serenity. Technically, deep sea green is a secondary color formed from the mixture of cyan (blue) and dark yellow. This tone can combine perfectly with brown tones to give a more rustic look, metallic tones to give a touch of sophistication, or golden tones to give a touch of elegance.
It is worth noting that this fabric is printed with the solid color only on one side using digital textile printing. It is not a dyed fabric, which allows greater control and precision in the color and sharpness of the printed pattern.
Regarding general characteristics, this fabric is characterized by a shiny visual texture, smooth to the touch, and thin. On the other hand, the base fabric is ideal for use in womens and mens fashion garments, such as shirts, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, tops or dresses, and in lingerie such as pajamas or bridal wear. In addition, it is also suitable for making kimonos and accessories such as scarves.
It is important to consider the recommended care for the fabric, which includes not bleaching, a maximum washing temperature of 40ºC, the possibility of dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a warm temperature, and the possibility of tumble drying at a reduced temperature.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, in which liquid ink is used which turns into gas when subjected to high temperatures and pressures, allowing the color to impregnate the fibers of the fabric creating a permanent and high-quality print.
