The base fabric for the weave is Raso Ámsterdam, a polyester satin with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is Russian Green, and its CMYK is 64 25 67 8. This color is characterized by its deep greenish hue and its luminosity thanks to its high content of Cyan and Yellow ink. Additionally, it combines very well with earthy tones and reddish-orange colors.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the fabric is not dyed but rather printed on the surface of the fabric.
The visual texture of the fabric is shiny, and its tactile texture is smooth and thin, making it ideal for delicate garments such as blouses, kimonos, skirts, tops, pajamas, wedding dresses, and accessories like scarves. These characteristics, coupled with its high quality and high-definition printing, make it a perfect choice for high-end fashion and lingerie.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is important to follow the recommended care instructions. Do not bleach, machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, dry clean except with trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation. Sublimation involves printing liquid ink onto transfer paper, which is then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. The advantage of this technology is that it produces a high-quality print with vibrant and durable colors, without sacrificing the natural softness and texture of the fabric.
