The base fabric for this textile is Raso - Amsterdam, a 100% polyester satin with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is Blue, Paris, which consists of 86% cyan ink, 68% magenta ink, 17% yellow ink, and 3% black ink, according to CMYK. This blue color presents a strong and vibrant tone, symbolizing freedom, tranquility, and depth. It pairs well with colors such as white, black, gray, and gold.
It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with this solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side. This technique ensures high quality in the details and colors of the printed image, making it ideal for the production of personalized or limited edition garments.
The general characteristics of this base fabric and its printed color are diverse. On one hand, the fabrics surface presents a shiny and smooth visual texture, with a delicate feel that makes it pleasant to the touch. Additionally, the fabric is thin enough to allow light transmission, which gives it an elegant and sophisticated appearance.
Regarding applications and uses, according to the provided base fabric attributes, Raso - Amsterdam can be widely used in both womens and mens fashion, for making blouses, shirts, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, and tops, as well as for bridal lingerie, dresses, and pajamas. Furthermore, it is also suitable for producing accessories such as scarves and kimonos. The adaptability of this fabric to different uses is due to its characteristics of shine and wash resistance, which make it suitable for both everyday wear and special occasion attire.
As for the care required for this fabric, it is advisable to avoid bleaching and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. In addition, dry cleaning (except trichloroethylene) and ironing at a warm temperature are recommended. Likewise, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature to maintain its appearance and durability.
Finally, it is highlighted that the printing technology used in the production of this base fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows the colors impregnated in the fabric to be durable and resistant to wear. Through the combination of temperature, pressure, and time, the ink transforms into vapor and permeates the fabrics fibers, penetrating deeply into the fiber structure and providing vibrant and long-lasting colors.
