The base fabric for this material is Raso - Ámsterdam, which is a 100% polyester satin with a weight of 120 gr/m² and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is uniform blue, with a CMYK ink combination of 100% cyan, 93% magenta, 19% yellow, and 4% black.
This blue color symbolizes faithfulness, loyalty, and tranquility. Technically, the uniform blue on the base fabric is visually bright, and its touch is smooth and thin. Furthermore, when combined with other colors like white and gold, it can create an elegant and sophisticated feel.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness and delicacy to the touch, and a smooth and shiny surface in visual appearance. As for the printed solid color, its uniformity and vibrancy are among its most relevant characteristics.
Among the applications and uses of the Raso - Ámsterdam fabric, mens and womens fashion stand out, especially for shirts, blouses, skirts, and trousers. It is also a suitable fabric for lingerie, such as pajamas and dresses, and for accessories like scarves. Additionally, it can be used for kimonos and jumpsuits, and is a popular choice for brides.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, allow dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
The base fabric of this material is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which allows for much higher image resolution and a wider variety of colors in printing. This process involves transferring ink from printed paper to the fabric through a heat and pressure process, creating vibrant and durable images with excellent resistance to washing and fading.
