Description

The base fabric Satin - Amsterdam, a satin/sateen made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, features a plain color printed in Virgin Blue, with a cyan ink of 77, magenta of 40, yellow of 6, and black of 0, in the CMYK color space of 77 40 6 0. This color is characterized by being a deep and vibrant blue that evokes the serenity of the sea, pairing particularly well with warm tones such as beige, brown, or orange. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with a plain color on one side using digital textile printing, differentiating it from dyed fabrics that have uniform colors throughout their body.

The Satin - Amsterdam base fabric is characterized by its visually shiny, smooth, and thin texture to the touch, offering an elegant and soft finish at the same time. In terms of its general attributes, this fabric is ideal for both womens and mens fashion garments, such as blouses, skirts, pants, shirts, jumpsuits, tops, kimonos, dresses, and scarves, as well as for bridal lingerie or pajamas. It can also be used to make accessories, adapting to its use in any season.

To keep this fabric in the best condition, it is important to follow the manufacturers care instructions: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, allow dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature, avoiding direct sun exposure at all times.

The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, where the ink is printed using a thermal transfer technique that produces a durable and wash-resistant finish, as well as excellent image and color resolution.
