The Raso - Amsterdam base fabric is a satin/raso with a grammage of 120 gr/m2, made of 100% polyester, and has a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a dark Dark Slate Blue, whose colorimetric composition is detailed in CMYK: 87 84 6 1. Symbolically, this color is associated with stability and emotional depth, while from a technical point of view, its shine and smooth feel are particularly attractive. Dark Slate Blue complements very well with neutral tones such as black, white, and gray, as well as with warmer colors like beige or light brown.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a mass-dyed fabric, but rather the color is applied only to the surface. As for the general characteristics of the base fabric, its shine, soft and flowing feel, as well as its delicacy and lightness stand out. Regarding the solid color, its chromatic composition and its smooth and shiny texture combine to offer an elegant and sophisticated result.
The Raso - Amsterdam fabric is extremely versatile, so its applications and uses are varied and wide. For example, it is perfect for making blouses, shirts, jumpsuits, kimonos, skirts, dresses, pants, tops, pajamas, and bridal lingerie, as well as for making complements and accessories, such as scarves. Likewise, its use in mens fashion highlights the elegance of outfits.
Regarding the care this fabric should receive, it is important to avoid bleaching and not exceed 40ºC when washing. In addition, it is recommended not to use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning and to iron at a warm temperature. If tumble drying is desired, it is advisable to use a reduced temperature.
Finally, it should be noted that the digital textile printing process is a high-fidelity stamping method used to print images on all types of fabrics by applying special inks to the surface, which guarantees a high-quality and detailed result, in this case using sublimation technology on polyester.
