The base fabric, Prada Twill, is composed of 96% polyester and 4% elastane, which gives it a soft and thin texture. Its weight of 220 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it a perfect fabric for summer fashion, such as shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and scarves. The solid color printed in rosy pink and pink has a CMYK combination of 4 58 24 0, which indicates that it is a soft color with a greater presence of magenta. Combined with other colors, such as white, gray, or black, it can bring a romantic or neutral touch to garments.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only by digital textile printing, which makes it ideal for garments with unique and personalized designs. The printed surface is soft to the touch and does not affect the texture and quality of the base fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its softness and resistance stand out, in addition to being easy to handle and cut. It is a very versatile fabric, suitable for both mens and womens garments and for accessories such as scarves and handkerchiefs.
As for care, bleaching products should be avoided and washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be at a cool temperature and the use of a tumble dryer is not allowed.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which allows the ink to be printed directly onto the polyester, without the need to dye the fabric beforehand. This allows for a greater variety of colors and designs, and greater definition in the details of the designs. In addition, as it is a digital process, there are no restrictions on the quantity of colors or designs that can be printed, which facilitates the creation of unique and personalized garments.
