The base fabric is Sarga - Prada, composed of 96% polyester and 4% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on the fabric is a Mud Brown with a CMYK of 43 39 49 25. This shade has a soft and elegant appearance, with a smooth and matte texture that gives it a natural and earthy look. Mud Brown combines very well with neutral tones such as white, beige, or gray, and with lighter tones such as pale yellow or aqua green.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, making it ideal for fashion garments, both for women and men, such as shirts, skirts, blouses, or dresses, as well as accessories, such as scarves. It is important to note that this fabric is not dyed but printed on one side, which means that special care must be taken when handling it so that the color does not wear out or fade.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight its softness and delicacy to the touch, as well as its fineness and delicacy in terms of thickness. This fabric is perfect for high-quality garments, thanks to its soft and comfortable weave. In addition, thanks to its composition and the sublimation technology used in printing, this fabric is resistant and durable, maintaining its softness and quality over time.
For the care of this fabric, it is advisable not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, dry cleaning can be carried out except with trichloroethylene, and iron it at a cold temperature. It is important not to tumble dry it so that it does not get damaged or lose its original shape.
The fabric is manufactured with sublimation digital textile printing technology, a process that uses special inks that are printed directly onto the fabric and fixed with heat and pressure to obtain exceptional image quality and vibrant, long-lasting colors. Sublimation is a sustainable and environmentally friendly printing technique, as it reduces the amount of chemicals and waste produced during the printing process.
